Thousands of Ukrainian children supported by Children of Heroes are growing up without one or both parents because of the war. For many of them, art becomes the language through which life can continue.
This fundraising helps turn that language into skill — by providing education, creative tools, and a supportive community.
From grief and pain, a new star can arise.
Patron8 is an art patronage initiative created to support children of heroes through creativity.

Some children are growing up with a loss no child should ever carry — the death of a parent because of war.
When that happens, the world doesn’t just change. It fractures: safety, routine, trust, and the sense of “tomorrow” all become uncertain.
But even in grief, a child still has an inner world — and it needs a way to breathe. Creativity can become that way.
A place where pain can be shaped into sound, movement, image, or story — without being forced into words.
Among these children are future musicians, dancers, filmmakers, poets, and storytellers.
Not because they suffered — but because they are still capable of imagining, creating, and growing.
War does not only take lives. It takes futures before they have a chance to exist.
Some children begin life with an unfair silence. Some answer it with art.
Not every child is given the same beginning. Some grow up surrounded by safety and opportunity.
Others are forced to grow up faster than they should. Children who lose parents to war carry a depth of feeling that words cannot always reach.
Art becomes their language. Through music, movement, theater, and story, they do not escape reality — they transform it.
Patron8 exists to help these children turn an unfair beginning into something meaningful, creative, and powerful.
